So I like guacamole, but apparently I don't make it the normal way. I don't use tomatoes or onions. Instead, I use garlic. It'll leave you with hella garlic breath, but it tastes good.
Here's how I make it.
Ingredients:
2 ripe Hass avocados
1/2 lime squeezed
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 minced big clove of garlic
After scooping out the avocado, mash it with a fork in a big bowl. It should still be kind of lumpy and not completely smooth. Mix in the remaining ingredients. At this point I taste what I have and add a little more salt or lime juice until it's how I like it.
Try out this slightly different take on guacamole. I find that when using garlic I end up needing less salt to flavor the guacamole.
